Government Holidays. Every day appointed by the Governor as a day for a public fast, thanksgiving, or holiday shall be a paid holiday for eligible employees of the bargaining unit, if the Governor provides that the community college shall close. Every day appointed by the President as a public fast, thanksgiving, or holiday, shall be a paid holiday for eligible employees of the bargaining unit, unless it is a special or limited holiday.
