Common use of Government Facilities Clause in Contracts

Government Facilities. The Contractor shall arrange with the OCO or other designated representative for means of access to premises, delivery and storage of materials and equipment, use of approaches, use of corridors, stairways, elevators, and similar matters. A Contractor working in a government facility shall be responsible for maintaining satisfactory standards of employee competency, conduct, appearance, and integrity and shall be responsible for taking disciplinary action with respect to their employees as necessary. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that their employees do not disturb papers on desks, open desk drawers or cabinets, or use Government telephones, except as authorized. Each employee is expected to adhere to standards of behavior that reflect favorably on their employer and the Federal Government. The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees, including Subcontractor employees, working under OASIS SB are informed of the substance of this clause.
