Government Facilities. The Contactor shall arrange with the OCO or other designated representative for means of access to premises, delivery and storage of materials and equipment, use of approaches, use of corridors, stairways, elevators, and similar matters. A Contractor working in a government facility shall be responsible for maintaining satisfactory standards of employee competency, conduct, appearance, and integrity and shall be responsible for taking disciplinary action with respect to their employees as necessary. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that their employees do not disturb papers on desks, open desk drawers or cabinets, or use Government telephones, except as authorized. Each employee is expected to adhere to standards of behavior that reflect favorably on their employer and the Federal Government. The Contactor shall ensure that all of its employees, including Subcontractor employees, working under XXXXX are informed of the substance of this clause.

The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees, including Subcontractor employees, working under OASIS SB are informed of the substance of this clause.
Government Facilities. That the right is hereby reserved to the county and state and the United States, its officers, agents, and employees, to construct or to permit the construction of facilities suitable for communication, electrical distribution or transmission, water supply, sewerage disposal, access roads, and similar purposes on the premises, and the CONCESSIONAIRE shall have no claim for compensation or damages of any character on account thereof.
Government Facilities. Notwithstanding Section 9.2, in the event that any Facility is a governmental unit and is required by law to disclose certain confidential information to the public, Participant shall not be liable pursuant to Section 9.2 above, provided, that such Facility: (i) furnishes only that portion of the information which such Facility is required by law to disclose; (ii) furnishes such information only in a manner to the extent that is required to comply with applicable laws and regulations; (iii) informs HealthTrust of the required disclosure and the legal basis on which such disclosure is required to be made prior to making such disclosure; and (iv) affords HealthTrust the opportunity to intervene for the purpose of seeking an appropriate protective order or otherwise protecting HealthTrust’s interest in the information to be disclosed.
Government Facilities. Government office or laboratory space may be made available for performance of specific task orders. The contractor may be required to establish operations and support facilities and warehouses within a Government provided facility that complies with DOD and/or Department of State certification and accreditation requirements. Such facilities will be specified in the individual task orders.
Government Facilities. For purposes of this provision, facilities include real property (land, ground improvements, buildings and other structures), plant equipment (personal property of a capital nature, such as, machine tools, equipment and test equipment, furniture, vehicles, and accessory and auxiliary items for use in manufacturing or performing services, or for any administrative or general plant purpose), special tooling and special test equipment. Facilities do not include materials.
Government Facilities. For the government facilities component of the Development Impact Fees, the Project is hereby specifically conditioned to comply with the provisions of Section 22.7 of this Agreement. For any Development Impact Fee payments that are deemed satisfied pursuant to this Agreement, the Project will be exempt from any future fees or general obligation bond measures related to the same facilities.
Government Facilities. Unless this order authorizes the use of Government-owned facilities, Seller must negotiate the use of Government-owned facilities used in the manufacture of goods purchased hereunder with the appropriate Government Agency furnishing Government facilities to Seller. All charges to Buyer for such use must be concurrently billed as a separate item aside from all other costs.
Government Facilities. Unless directly related to this BPA, the Contractor and any employees or consultant of the Contractor are prohibited from using U.S. Government facilities (such as office space or equipment) or U.S. Government clerical or technical personnel in the performance of the services not specified in the BPA.
