Government Contract Matters. (i) Schedule 4.8(c)(i) sets forth, as of January 31, 2021, a complete and accurate list of all Government Contracts the period of performance of which has not yet expired or terminated or for which final payment has not yet been received (collectively with all Government Contracts that remain subject to close out, the “Current Government Contracts”). Each Current Government Contract (other than any Current Government Contract that has been closed out prior to the date hereof) is in full force and effect and constitutes a legal, valid and binding agreement, enforceable against the Company and, to the Knowledge of the Company, against the other parties thereto, in accordance with its terms.
