GOVERNINGLAW. That the rights and obligations of the parties under or arising out of this Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India for the time being in force.
GOVERNINGLAW. 16.1.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Electricity Act 2003 and other applicable Laws ofIndia. Any legal proceedings in respect of any matters, claims or disputes under thisAgreement shallbeunderthe jurisdictionof Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission.
GOVERNINGLAW. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

GOVERNINGLAW. This Custody Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana without giving effect to the conflict of laws principles thereof.
GOVERNINGLAW. ThattherightsandobligationsofthepartiesunderorarisingoutofthisAgree mentshallbeconstruedandenforced in accordance with the laws of India for the time being in force.
GOVERNINGLAW. This Agreement shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, including with respect to all matters of construction, validity and performance, without giving effect to any choice of law rules thereof which may direct the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
GOVERNINGLAW. 16.1.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. Any legal proceedings in respect of any matters, claims or disputes under this Agreement shall be under the jurisdiction of appropriate courts in Delhi.
