Governing Structure. The School’s governing body shall have at least 5 (five) membersxlviii. No member shall serve on the School’s governing body if he or she was a member of another charter school’s governing body that was suspended or failed to receive or maintain their board of finance designation.xlix
Governing Structure. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the governing board of OP will serve as the governing board of the School, will oversee management of the School, and has sole authority to hire and manage the School leader and to set the terms and conditions of the School leader’s employment.

School Board and KWCS acknowledge that, as a charter school, the KWCS is a recognized public school under Florida Law and is a public school of the Monroe County School District; and, as such is subject to the oversight of the Department of Education, the Monroe County School Board, the Superintendent, and MCSD staff.

The governing structure of the Regional Government shall be composed of representatives of the Crees and of residents of the Municipalities as well as, during the first five years of operation of the Regional Government, representation of Quebec central government. The Parties shall assess the representation of the Localities in the MBJ Territory on the governing structure of the Regional Government, upon recommendations of the sub-table to be established by the Parties in accordance with section 65, provided that any such representation shall be exercised (i) through the Municipalities or (ii) through consultations with the Localities on services and operations that directly affect them. The representation of Quebec central government shall be reassessed after the first five years of operation.
Governing Structure. The Snohomish County Rural Opioid Response Project Consortium members will elect a chair and co-chair for the Consortium. Additional elements of governing structure will be decided on by the Consortium. USE OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY RURAL OPIOID RESPONSE NAME No party will use the name or logo of the Snohomish County Rural Opioid Response Project in any advertisement, press release, or other publicity without written prior approval of Snohomish Health District. Snohomish Health District has the right to acknowledge Collaborator’s support of the work performed under this MOU in public communications.
Governing Structure i) Composition The business and affairs of the Group will be governed by a Governing Board of the Consortium (the “Board”) and an Executive Committee. The Board will be composed of one representative from each party to this agreement: Cache County, Millville, Xxxxxx, Xxxxx, Paradise, River Heights, North Xxxxx, Xxxx Park, Amalga, Wellsville, Mendon, Newton, Clarkston, and Trenton. Board members will be mayors whose municipalities are Parties to this Interlocal Agreement or their designees, drawn from their respective elected bodies. The Executive Committee will be composed of five representatives appointed by the Governing Board of the Consortium. Members of the Executive Committee will be chosen such that there will be one member each from the North, South, West, East, and County respectively.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the governing board of the IMO will be responsible to oversee the work of the IMO, evaluate progress towards achieving the goals set forth in this agreement, and shall have the exclusive authority to hire and oversee the IMO Executive Director and to set the terms and conditions of the Executive Director’s employment.
