Governing Law; Venue; Jurisdiction. This Agreement, and the rights and liabilities of the Parties hereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to conflict of law provisions. The venue and jurisdiction for adjudication of any and all disputes between the Parties to this Agreement shall be in the State of Maryland Circuit Court in and for Baltimore County.
