Common use of Governing Law and Submission to Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Governing Law and Submission to Jurisdiction. (a) Governing law The Agency Agreement, the Guarantee, the Deed of Covenant, the Notes, the Receipts, the Coupons and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with the Notes, the Receipts and/or the Coupons are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, English law.

Governing Law and Submission to Jurisdiction. (a) 22.1 Governing law The Agency Agreement, the Guarantee, the Deed of Covenant, the Notes, the Receipts, the Coupons and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with the NotesAgency Agreement, the Receipts and/or Deed of Covenant, the Notes and the Coupons are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, English law.
