Governing Law and Regulations. This Loan Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, including the Act and the Regulations which Regulations are, by this reference thereto, incorporated herein as a part of this Loan Contract.

In addition, pursuant to Executive Order No. RP-80, issued by the Governor of Texas on December 3, 2014, and as subsequently clarified, to the extent applicable to Vendor’s provision of the Services under this CTSA, the Vendor shall as a condition of this Contract, also comply with the United States Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify system to determine the eligibility of: all persons 1) to whom the E-Verify system applies, and 2) who are hired by the Vendor during the term of this Contract to perform duties within Texas; and all subcontractors’ employees 1) to whom the E-Verify system applies, and 2) who are hired by the subcontractor during the term of this Contract and assigned by the subcontractor to perform work pursuant to this Contract. The Vendor shall require its subcontractors performing work pursuant to this Contract to comply with the requirements of this Section and the Vendor is responsible for the compliance of its subcontractors. Nothing herein is intended to exclude compliance by Vendor and its subcontractors with all other relevant federal immigration statutes and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.

Governing Law and Regulations. If you send or receive a wire transfer, Fedwire may be used. Federal Reserve Board Regulation J is the law that covers transactions made over Fedwire. If you are a party to an Automated Clearing House (ACH) entry, you acknowledge and agree that any such entry will be governed by the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) Operating Rules, the Rules of any local ACH, and the Rules of any other system through which the entry is made. Other payment orders you make may be governed by Chapter 4A of the Texas Business & Commerce Code.
Governing Law and Regulations. This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, enforced and performed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire. In the event a regulatory or judicial ruling or decision shall have a detrimental economic impact upon Agera Energy’s performance under this Agreement , or in the event that compliance with such change shall result in a material change in the method by which prices are calculated under this Agreement, ,or a material change in the level of components of pricing under this Agreement, then Agera Energy shall have the right to notify Customer within 30 calendar days of becoming aware of such ruling or decision in order to negotiate a modification to the terms of this Agreement so as to mitigate the impact of such ruling or decision. If, after 20 calendar days beyond the date of the notice, the parties have been unable to negotiate a mutually satisfactory modification of the terms of this Agreement, Agera Energy shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon 15 calendar days prior written notice to the Customer. This Agreement is subject to present and future legislation, orders , rules, regulations or decisions of a duly constituted governmental authority having jurisdiction over this Agreement or the services to be provided hereunder.
