Common use of Governing Body Clause in Contracts

Governing Body. CIWW shall be governed by a Board of Trustees ("Board") as constituted and established in this Article. Members of the Board shall receive no compensation from CIWW, other than reimbursement for valid expenses incurred, for service on the Board. Except as limited by the Member Agency Vote requirements of Article XI, and by the terms of this Agreement, the Board shall have full and plenary authority over CIWW, and over the conduct of CIWW’s business and affairs.
