Governance Structure. The Academy shall be organized and administered under the direction of the Academy Board and pursuant to the Governance Structure as set forth in Schedule 7a. The Academy shall have four officers: President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. The officer positions shall be filled by persons who are members of the Academy Board. A description of their duties is included in Schedule 2.
