Governance and Operation. The PDC is currently composed of twelve (12) representatives from grade levels, buildings departments, and the administration. At the conclusion of the 2014-2015 contract year, the term of office for bargaining unit members on the committee will be one (1) year, and selection of those members will be made mutually by the Superintendent and NREA President. At that time, the Superintendent and NREA President will review and determine the number of members of the Committee going forward.
Governance and Operation. The Forest Grove Community School shall govern and operate the charter school as set forth in its corporate documents to the extent permissible under federal and state law and subject to all conditions of this Contract.

The parties recognize and acknowledge that, pursuant to Section 22-305-104(1) and (2), the School is a public, non-sectarian, non- religious, non-home-based school which operates within and is a part of the District and which is accountable to the District Board of Education for the purposes of ensuring compliance with applicable provisions of this Contract and the requirement of Section 15 of article IX of the Colorado Constitution. TLCS shall govern and operate the charter school as set forth in its corporate documents to the extent permissible under federal and state law and subject to all conditions of this Contract. TLCS shall operate under the direction of the District, with the exception of TLCS’s control over curriculum of the TLCS program as enumerated in this Contract. The District retains the authority of staffing, facilities, and finances consistent with the terms of this Contract.
Governance and Operation. The Governance and Operation section of the application concerning the governance and operation of DSST is acceptable to the School District. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, DSST shall be responsible for its own operation and governance. See C.R.S. 22-30.5-104(7)(a).
Governance and Operation. The School shall provide training and orientation for each member of its Governing Board in matters concerning responsibilities for governance and operation as provided in this Contract, the Schools bylaws, relevant policies, and applicable law. The School District may require the School to provide documentation from time to time during the term that such orientation and training has occurred.
