Common use of Goods and Services Clause in Contracts

Goods and Services. 2.1 The Contractor covenants and agrees with the City to provide the Goods and Services in accordance with this Agreement. The Goods and Services provided will meet the specifications and scope set out in Schedule A, to Attachment 1, and as described in Schedule B, to Attachment 1.
