Good Reason; Other Than for Cause or Disability. If, during the Employment Period, the Company shall terminate the Employee's employment other than for Cause, Disability, or death (including termination without cause as provided in the Employment Agreement), or if the Employee shall terminate his employment for Good Reason and the Employee executes, and does not revoke, a written release, substantially in the form then used by the Company for its executives generally, of any and all claims against the Company and all related parties with respect to all matters arising out of the Employee's employment by the Company (other than any entitlements under the terms of this Agreement or under any other plans or programs of the Company in which the Employee participated and under which the Employee has accrued a benefit), or the termination thereof,
