Labor Day Veterans Day Thanksgiving Day and the Day After Christmas Eve and Christmas Day PARENT VACATION Parents must notify daycare two weeks in advance of planning a vacation and that the child will be absent from daycare. All fees are due regardless of duration of time child will be absent and before you leave on vacation. Failure to pay daycare fees by the time they are due and payable will result in late fees being incurred or daycare services suspended. PROVIDER VACATION Provider will closedown daycare for two weeks out of the year. Provider will give at least a two week notice before taking vacation time off. Provider has the right to take these two weeks all at once or broken up into different time periods. Parents will need to make alternate plans for daycare during that time.

If a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, we will recognize that holiday on the closest Friday or Monday. No discounts are provided; Full tuition is due and payable for each of these holidays. • Kiddie Academy offers a Reservation Discount Program (effective 4 months from start date, not enrollment date): providing for 50 % off regular tuition for a limit of 2 weeks per calendar year OR 100% off regular tuition for a limit of 1 week if your child is absent for an entire week (Monday through Friday) from the academy. No discounts will be given for absences of less than a full week. • The academy will be open whenever possible. However, all tuition payments will be due should the academy close due to severe weather conditions or other reasons beyond Kiddie Academy’s control. • A non-refundable REGISTRATION FEE of $ is payable upon the signing of this Enrollment Agreement. Your child’s first tuition payment will be collected 1 week prior to start date. A non-refundable S U P P L Y FEE is due the 15h of the month in January, May and August every year. • WEEKLY TUITION for your child is $ and is due IN ADVANCE on the Monday a week prior to attendance. Additional tuition payments will be due for any days your child attends the academy in addition to those days circled above and for any additional hours your child attends the academy if your child is enrolled in a non-full day program. • Tuition payments may be made by check, ACH, or credit card. If credit card payment is selected, tuition will be collected monthly and is due in advance on the 1st of each month. Monthly tuition will be calculated as weekly tuition rate X 52 divided by 12. • A LATE FEE of $25 will be added if your child’s tuition is not paid by the close of business TWO DAYS after due date. • A PAST TIME FEE of $5 will be added to your child’s tuition charges for every 5 minutes after the academy closes that your child is NOT picked up. If your child is not picked up from the academy within 1 hour of closing, Kiddie Academy may contact the proper authorities. • A SERVICE CHARGE of $30 will be added to tuition charges for each returned payment. Payments in MONEY ORDER or CASH may be required thereafter.
