Good Attendance Incentive. To encourage and reward personnel who exercise particular care in the maintenance of their personal health and job attendance, the Board provides a good attendance incentive. All full- time permanent employees in the bargaining unit who accrue sick leave may cash in sick leave days accrued each year, provided the following criteria are met:

Good Attendance Incentive. The Board shall pay the following amounts at year end to employees not using personal illness, business, family illness or personal days during the year, according to the following schedule: DAYS ABSENT PROFESSIONAL STAFF SUPPORT STAFF TEACHER ASSISTANTS BUS DRIVERS 0-days $1,000 $500** 1-2 days $ 250 $150 **Custodian's attendance incentive for 0-days shall be $700. To be eligible for the good attendance incentive amounts set forth above, a 10 month employee must have commenced employment by no later than November 1 and must have completed the remainder of the full school year, and a 12 month employee must have commenced employment by no later than September 1 and must have completed the remainder of the full school year. “The Good Attendance Incentive” amount shall be paid by July 31 of the year by which the incentive was earned.
Good Attendance Incentive. Employees who demonstrate perfect attendance for each regularly scheduled work day of the month will receive a $30 cash incentive award for each full month of perfect attendance. One or more full days of absence shall be considered a break in perfect attendance for the month, excluding approved vacation and floating holidays.
Good Attendance Incentive. In addition to the Perfect Attendance Bonus, each permanent employee who earns five (5) full days of sick leave (or multiples of five full days) above the maximum accumulation and who retains those five days on the Board's records through the end of a calendar year shall have those days purchased by the Board at the rate of eight (8) hours'pay per each five (5) sick days. This amount shall be paid at the employee's regular pay rate, subject to normal payroll deductions, and shall be paid along with the fourth paycheck of the following calendar year. Good Attendance Incentive. If a member has not taken any sick time off as provided in the current agreement during the City’s fiscal year, that member shall receive, deposited into their PHEP Account, the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00). If a member utilizes only one (1) shift of sick time during the City’s fiscal year, that member shall only receive a PHEP Account deposit of one hundred dollars ($100.00). Any eligible deposit will be deposited on or before by June 1st of the next fiscal year. The deposit into the PEHP of earned bonus shall be implemented only after final IRS Plan approval.
Good Attendance Incentive. Employees who use three (3) or less sick days per annum will be given a one hundred dollar ($100) stipend as a good attendance incentive. All employees receiving compensation under this section shall receive compensation no later than September 1st.

  • Attendance Incentive It is the desire of both the Employer and the Union to provide consistent quality bus service for all students. It is also a mutual desire to have qualified permanent District bus drivers available to drive all identified bus routes. Based on this mutual interest, the parties agree to this Attendance Incentive program during the life of the Agreement:

  • Attendance Incentive Program In January of the year following any year in which a minimum of sixty (60) days of leave for illness or injury is accrued, and each January thereafter, any eligible employee may exercise an option to receive remuneration for unused leave for illness or injury accumulated in the previous year at a rate equal to one (1) day of monetary compensation of the employee for each four (4) full days of accrued leave for illness or injury in excess of sixty (60) days. Leave for illness or injury for which compensation has been received shall be deducted from accrued leave for illness or injury at the rate of four (4) days for every one (1) day of monetary compensation; provided, however, no employee shall receive compensation under this section for any portion of leave for illness or injury accumulated at a rate in excess of one (1) day per month. At the time of separation from school district employment due to retirement or death an eligible employee or the employee's estate shall receive remuneration at a rate equal to one (1) day of current monetary compensation of the employee for each four (4) full days accrued leave for illness or injury. The provisions of this section shall be administered in accordance with state law and applicable state rules and regulations. Should the legislature revoke any benefits granted under this section, no affected employee shall be entitled thereafter to receive such benefits as matter of contractual right.

  • Attendance Bonus Employees are eligible for an attendance bonus when every shift is satisfactorily worked throughout the monthly schedule period and no changes are requested in the schedule by the employee except for trading shifts as provided for in Article 13.4.4 or utilizing unpaid union leave. To qualify, a minimum of 130 compensated hours must have been worked during the qualifying period. The bonus will be an additional twenty-five ($0.25) per hour on only the hours worked in the qualifying period.

  • Sick Leave Incentive Effective September 1, 1986, employees covered by this Agreement, hired on or after October 1, 1977, who are not entitled to disability leave under State Statute R.C.W. 41.26, shall be eligible for the following sick leave incentive program:

  • Attendance Area The School’s primary attendance area shall be used for the purposes of determining applicability of this enrollment preference category.

  • Attendance Management Days of absence arising out of a medically-established serious chronic condition, an ongoing course of treatment, a catastrophic event, absence for which WSIB benefits are payable, medically necessary surgical interventions, or days where the employee is asymptomatic and is under a doctor’s care from the commencement of symptoms for a confirmed communicable disease (and has provided medical substantiation of such symptoms) but is required to be absent under the Hospital or public health authority protocol, will not be counted for the purposes of being placed on, or progressing through, the steps of an attendance management program.
