GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEMS. 4.1. Aircraft must be equipped with at least two high quality GPS receivers of a type acceptable to NAFC.
GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEMS. The City utilizes GPS in its operations. The City, in its sole discretion, may take steps to corroborate GPS data with additional supporting evidence. If GPS data indicating an alleged violation of City rules or regulations is corroborated with other evidence verifying the GPS data, then the City may rely on the GPS data and the corroborating information in further action, including but not limited to an investigation or discipline. The Union may contest the imposition of discipline consistent with this contract, but not the City’s reliance on verified GPS data.
GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEMS. The parties recognize advancements in technology have greatly influenced the work environment. Global Positioning Systems are increasingly in use to benefit the delivery of services. The parties agree such technology will not be used without prior written notification to the employees that will be affected. The notice shall include the Employer’s expectations and the consequences for failing to meet those expectations.

  • Clearing Systems In delivering any Global Note or Global Certificate in accordance with Clause 3.4.1, the Fiscal Agent shall give instructions to the relevant clearing system to hold the Notes represented by it to the order of the Fiscal Agent pending transfer to the securities account(s) referred to in Clause 3.4.1. Upon payment for any such Notes being made to the Fiscal Agent, it shall transfer such payment to the account of the Issuer notified to it by the Issuer. For so long as any such Note continues to be held to the order of the Fiscal Agent, the Fiscal Agent shall hold such Note to the order of the Issuer.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.
