Common use of Global Note Clause in Contracts

Global Note. The Notes shall be issued initially in the form of fully registered Global Securities (the “Global Note”), which shall be deposited on behalf of the purchasers of the Notes represented thereby with The Depository Trust Company, New York, New York (the “Depositary”) and registered in the name of Cede & Co., the Depositary’s nominee, duly executed by the Company, authenticated by the Trustee.
