Common use of Global Note Clause in Contracts

Global Note. As specified in Section 2.16, (i) the Notes may be initially issued in the form of a single temporary global note (the “Global Note”) in registered form, without interest coupons, in the denomination of the initial aggregate principal amount of the Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit C. The provisions of this Section 2.19 shall apply to such Global Note. The Global Note will be authenticated by the Indenture Trustee upon the same conditions, in substantially the same manner and with the same effect as the Definitive Notes. The Global Note may be exchanged in the manner described herein.
