Common use of Global Note Clause in Contracts

Global Note. unless a Master Global Note is to be used and the Issuer shall have provided such document to the Fiscal Agent and/or the Registrar, as the case may be, pursuant to Clause 4.2 (Master Global Notes), ensure that there is delivered to the Fiscal Agent or, as the case may be, Registrar an appropriate Global Note (in unauthenticated (and, if applicable, uneffectuated) form but executed on behalf of the Issuer and otherwise complete) in relation to the relevant Tranche.

Global Note. unless a Master Global Note is to be used and the Issuer shall have provided such document to the Fiscal Agent and/or the Registrar, as the case may be, pursuant to Clause 4.2 (Master Global Notes), ensure that there is delivered to the Fiscal Agent or, as the case may be, Registrar an appropriate Global Note (in unauthenticated (and, if applicable, uneffectuated) form but executed on behalf of the Issuer and otherwise complete) in relation to the relevant Tranche.

Global Note. unless a Master Global Note is to be used and the Issuer shall have provided such document to the Fiscal Agent and/or the Registrar, as the case may be, pursuant to Clause 4.2 (Issuance of Notes – Master Global Notes), ensure that there is delivered to the Fiscal Agent or, as the case may be, Registrar Registrar, an appropriate Global Note (in unauthenticated (and, if applicable, uneffectuated) form but executed on behalf of the Issuer and otherwise complete) in relation to the relevant Tranche.

Global Note. unless a Master Global Note is to be used and the Relevant Issuer shall have provided such document to the Fiscal Agent and/or the Registrar, as the case may be, pursuant to Clause 4.2 (Master Global Notes), ensure that there is delivered to the Fiscal Agent or, as the case may be, Registrar an appropriate Global Note (in unauthenticated (and, if applicable, uneffectuated) form but executed on behalf of the Relevant Issuer and otherwise complete) in relation to the relevant Tranche.

Global Note. unless a Master Global Note is to be used and the Issuer shall have provided such document to the Fiscal Agent and/or the Registrar, as the case may be, pursuant to Clause 4.2 (Master Global Notes), ensure that there is delivered to the Fiscal Agent or, as the case may be, the Registrar an appropriate Global Note or Global Registered Note (in unauthenticated (and, if applicable, uneffectuated) form but executed on behalf of the Issuer and otherwise complete) in relation to the relevant Tranche.

Global Note. unless a Master Global Note is to be used and the Issuer shall have provided such document to the Fiscal Agent and/or the Registrar, as the case may be, pursuant to Clause 4.2 5.2 (Issuance of Notes – Master Global Notes), ensure that there is delivered to the Fiscal Agent or, as the case may be, Registrar an appropriate Global Note (in unauthenticated (and, if applicable, uneffectuated) form but executed on behalf of the Issuer and otherwise complete) in relation to the relevant Tranche.

Global Note. unless a Master Global Note or Master Global Registered Note (as applicable) is to be used and the relevant Issuer shall have provided such document to the Fiscal Agent and/or the Registrar, as the case may be, be pursuant to Clause 4.2 (Master Global NotesNotes and Master Global Registered Note), ensure that there is delivered to the Fiscal Agent or, as the case may be, the Registrar outside the United States and its possessions an appropriate Global Note (in unauthenticated (and, if applicable, uneffectuated) form but executed on behalf of the Issuer and otherwise complete) in relation to the relevant Tranche.

Global Note. unless a Master Global Note is to be used and the relevant Issuer shall have provided such document to the Fiscal Agent and/or the Registrar, as the case may be, pursuant to Clause 4.2 (Master Global Notes), ensure that there is delivered to the Fiscal Agent or, as the case may be, Registrar an appropriate Global Note (in unauthenticated (and, if applicable, uneffectuated) form but executed on behalf of the relevant Issuer and otherwise complete) in relation to the relevant Tranche.
