Common use of Glass Windows Clause in Contracts

Glass Windows. The Tenant shall replace, forthwith, any cracked or broken glass with glass of the same quality, including plate glass or glass and other breakable materials used in structural portions in any interior or exterior windows and doors in the Premises. If not covered by insurance, the Tenant shall bear the expense of any such glass replacement directly.
