Giving of Notice. If a Force Majeure Event occurs, the Affected Party must, as soon as practicable, give the other party written notice of that fact including: (a) reasonable particulars of the Force Majeure Event; (b) details of the obligations affected by it and the extent to which they are affected; (c) an estimate of its likely duration; and (d) the steps taken to rectify it.
