Giving o Orders. Save where the Client has completed the Third Party Authorization set out in the Account Application Form, the Client declares that the Client shall operate the Margin Trading Account by giving orders himself. Where the Client has completed such Third Party Authorization, the Client declares that he has appointed the Authorized Representative(s) named therein to give orders on his behalf in relation to the Margin Trading Account.

  • Court Orders ICANN will respect any order from a court of competent jurisdiction, including any orders from any jurisdiction where the consent or non-­‐objection of the government was a requirement for the delegation of the TLD. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, ICANN’s implementation of any such order will not be a breach of this Agreement

  • Addressing Objections Raised During Public Comment Period The Parties agree that the procedure contemplated for public review of this Stipulated Order and the Regional Water Board’s or its delegate’s adoption of this Stipulated Order is lawful and adequate. The Parties understand that the Regional Water Board or its delegate has the authority to require a public hearing on this Stipulated Order. If procedural objections are raised or the Regional Water Board requires a public hearing prior to the Stipulated Order becoming effective, the Parties agree to meet and confer concerning any such objections, and may agree to revise or adjust the procedure and/or this Stipulated Order as necessary or advisable under the circumstances.

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.

  • SPECIAL ORDERS For circumstances when it is determined by the County that the receipt of an item is time sensitive, and/or it is an emergency, the availability of the product or specific brands, geographic location or delivery time may be utilized as deciding factors for the basis of placing a special order with an awarded vendor. At the request of the County, the special order may be delivered by the vendor, delivered by the vendor’s carrier, or picked-up from the vendor’s designated location by authorized County personnel.
