Geographical Location. The PIP SLA covers Service in all countries where PIP Service is offered, except as specified in the exclusions and limitations stated below. The PIP SLA is divided into geographic regions because Service Levels available from access Providers around the world differ between countries. The location and access method of a Customer Site will determine the applicable Service Levels. As a result of continuing expansion of the Verizon Private IP Network the listing of the Global Tier countries is dynamic and changes periodically as new countries are added. At Customer’s request Verizon will confirm country status and/or provide a listing of countries that fall into these categories.
