Geographic Coverage a. The MCO shall serve Members statewide. The MCO shall ensure that its provider network includes access for each Member to PCPs, Obstetric/Gynecological Providers and at a distance of no more than fifteen (15) miles for PCPs and Obstetric/Gynecological Providers and no more than twenty (20) miles for general dentists as measured by the Public Utility Commission. The MCO shall ensure that its provider network has the capacity to deliver or arrange for all the goods and services reimbursable under the Medicaid fee-for-service program.
Geographic Coverage. The AT&T FirstNet Solution will be provided using AT&T’s commercial LTE network along with the FirstNet Evolved Packet Core deployment. The approximate coverage of the NPSBN network (“Service Area”) is set forth in the computer-generated and predictively modeled coverage map provided upon execution of this contract. As the NPSBN evolves, AT&T will provide updated coverage maps from time to time to customers using or who are eligible for the AT&T FirstNet Solution. Authorized Users migrating from AT&T’s commercial network to the FirstNet Evolved Packet Core may need a new Subscriber Identification Module (SIM) card (at no charge to the customer) and/or a new device to access some advanced features of the NPSBN.
Geographic Coverage. In accordance with and consistent with the Marketing Plan, AOLB will extend its current network to increase coverage. As part of the Technical Committee meetings, the parties will review the Marketing Plan's planned marketing efforts for the subsequent 90 days and mutually agree upon additional capacity needed to meet the anticipated growth in AOLB/Itau Subscribers and the timetable for obtaining the additional capacity. AOLB will then expand its network in accordance with the agreed-upon capacity requirements and schedule. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, AOLB and Itau have agreed upon the following process: . The Marketing Plan will be adjusted as appropriate to be consistent with the timeframe for the agreed-upon network expansion.
