Genuine documents rely upon the terms of any notice, communication or other document reasonably believed by it to be genuine;

Any copies of documents provided by the Company are accurate and complete (except that, with respect to each Contract that was originated by a contractor-seller rather than the Company, the Company makes such representation and warranty only to the best of the Company's knowledge).
