Generator Waivers. Contractor shall provide a report that documents each Generator waiver request reviewed by Contractor, which are required by Section 6.7.C. Identify in the report the Generator name and service address, the type of waiver requested, the status of the waiver (accepted, denied, pending), and other information reasonably requested by the Jurisdiction.

Generator Waivers. Authority may elect to provide for one or more of the following types of Generator waivers to the Collection requirements of this Agreement as described in this Section to Generators that impact the scope of Contractor’s provision of services for those Customers. Waivers shall be subject to compliance with SB 1383 Regulatory requirements, pursuant to 14 CCR Section 18984.11, or other requirements specified by the Authority or applicable Member Agency. Granting of waivers shall be done by the Authority, in consultation with the Member Agencies, in accordance with this Section and Exhibit I.

Contractor shall verify Multi-Family and Commercial Generator de minimis and physical space constraint waivers, if applicable, at least once every five (5) years from the date of issuance of the waiver and verify Collection frequency waivers at least once every two (2) years from the date of issuance of the waiver. Contractor shall maintain records and report the information specified in Exhibit D.1 regarding Customer exemptions. Granting of waivers shall be done by the City.

  • CERTIFICATION OF NONSEGREGATED FACILITIES (Applicable to construction contracts exceeding $10,000) The Contractor certifies that it does not maintain or provide for its establishments, and that it does not permit employees to perform their services at any location, under its control, where segregated facilities are maintained. It certifies further that it will not maintain or provide for employees any segregated facilities at any of its establishments, and it will not permit employees to perform their services at any location under its control where segregated facilities are maintained. The Contractor agrees that a breach of this certification is a violation of the equal opportunity clause of this contract. As used in this certification, the term “segregated facilities” means any waiting rooms, work areas, rest rooms and wash rooms, restaurants and other eating areas, time clocks, locker rooms, and other storage or dressing areas, parking lots, drinking fountains, recreation or entertainment areas, transportation and housing facilities provided for employees which are segregated by explicit directive or are, in fact, segregated on the basis of race, color, religion, or national origin because of habit, local custom, or any other reason. The Contractor further agrees that (except where it has obtained for specific time periods) it will obtain identical certification from proposed subcontractors prior to the award of subcontracts exceeding $10,000 which are not exempt from the provisions of the equal opportunity clause; that it will retain such certifications in its files; and that it will forward the preceding notice to such proposed subcontractors (except where proposed subcontractors have submitted identical certifications for specific time periods).

  • Unbundled Loop Modifications (Line Conditioning 2.5.1 Line Conditioning is defined as routine network modification that BellSouth regularly undertakes to provide xDSL services to its own customers. This may include the removal of any device, from a copper Loop or copper Sub-loop that may diminish the capability of the Loop or Sub-loop to deliver high-speed switched wireline telecommunications capability, including xDSL service. Such devices include, but are not limited to, load coils, excessive bridged taps, low pass filters, and range extenders. Excessive bridged taps are bridged taps that serves no network design purpose and that are beyond the limits set according to industry standards and/or the XxxxXxxxx XX 00000.

  • Engineer Payment of Subproviders No later than ten (10) days after receiving payment from the State, the Engineer shall pay all subproviders for work performed under a subcontract authorized hereunder. The State may withhold all payments that have or may become due if the Engineer fails to comply with the ten-day payment requirement. The State may also suspend the work under this contract or any work authorization until subproviders are paid. This requirement also applies to all lower tier subproviders, and this provision must be incorporated into all subcontracts.

  • Certification Differential Nurses who obtain and maintain a nationally 17 recognized certification that is applicable to the services they provide for the 18 Employer shall receive $1.00 per hour. No additional differential is allotted for 19 more than one (1) certification. Proof of certification must be provided to the 20 Employer upon request. The approved certification list established by mutual 21 consent between the Association and the Director of Human Resources is as 22 follows:

  • Uncontrollable Forces Tariff Provisions Section 14.1 of the CAISO Tariff shall be incorporated by reference into this Agreement except that all references in Section 14.1 of the CAISO Tariff to Market Participants shall be read as a reference to the Participating Generator and references to the CAISO Tariff shall be read as references to this Agreement.

  • Provisioning Line Splitting and Splitter Space 3.8.1 The Data LEC, Voice CLEC or BellSouth may provide the splitter. When EZ Phone or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.

  • PJM Agreement Modifications (a) If the PJM Agreements are amended or modified so that any schedule or section references herein to such agreements is changed, such schedule or section references herein shall be deemed to automatically (and without any further action by the Parties) refer to the new or successive schedule or section in the PJM Agreements which replaces that originally referred to in this Agreement.

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.

  • Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement An arrangement that provides a Customer a local calling scope (Extended Area Service, “EAS”), outside of the Customer’s basic exchange serving area.

  • Maintenance Agreement The parties will abide by the terms of the Maintenance Agreement including the capacity to dispute the classification in accordance with the Maintenance Agreement (Information Appendix C).
