The LHIN’s ability to enable its local health system to provide appropriate, co-ordinated, effective and efficient health services, as contemplated by LHSIA, is heavily dependent on the timely collection and analysis of accurate information. The HSP acknowledges that the timely provision of accurate information related to the HSP, and its performance of its obligations under this Agreement, is under the HSP’s control.
