General Xxxx. You agree that all money and property that Stifel holds for you indi- vidually or in any joint account will be considered collateral and will be subject to a general lien in favor of Stifel. You further agree that Stifel is authorized to sell securities and/or purchase any and all property in any account to satisfy any obligation you have individually or jointly.
General Xxxx. Comprises all those who regularly prepare and xxxx food including the control of foods and temperature during the cooking process, meat cutting, portioning, limited clean-up and other related duties within the Cooking area.
General Xxxx. The Exchange Member Customer agrees that general lien in Clause 1.27.1 of the Customer Agreement shall not cease to exist in SFP’s favour in the event that SFP shall deposit any of the property with any exchange, market, clearing association or other bodies.
General Xxxx. Company shall have a general and continuing lien on any and all property (and documents relating thereto) of Customer in its possession, custody, control, or en route/in transit, or coming into Company’s actual or constructive possession or control for monies owed to Company with regard to the shipment on which the lien is claimed, a prior shipment(s) and/or both, including for all claims for charges, expenses, or advances incurred by the Company in connection with any shipments of the Customer.
General Xxxx. 17.1 To the extent permissible by law, in addition and without prejudice to any rights which the Bank may have by law or otherwise, all funds, instruments and other properties belonging to you or in the possession or control of the Bank shall be subject to a general lien in favor of the Bank in respect of all sums or other liabilities at present or any time afterward, which become due, owed or incurred by you to the Bank on the account, the Mobile Application or any of the Banking Services, or otherwise in any manner whatsoever, in any currency, whether actual or contingent, joint or several, and the Bank may apply the proceeds thereof in settlement of those sums and liabilities.
General Xxxx. The Freight Forwarder shall, to the extent permitted by the applicable law, have a general lien on the Goods and any documents relating thereto for any amount due at any time to the Freight Forwarder from the Customer including storage fees and the cost of recovering same, and may enforce such lien in any reasonable manner which he may think fit.
General Xxxx. MSL shall have the right to exercise a General Xxxx over all the shipments of the Customer for non-payment of anyduesincludingleviesimposedbyanyauthorities.However,ontherequestofCustomer,MSLmaystoretheshipments for limited period, as may be mutually agreed between the Parties, at the sole risk of Customer, subject topayment of demurrage / warehousing charges by the Customer. The Customer / receiver fails to pay the dues within thecredit period as mentioned in this Agreement, MSL further reserves its right to sell the shipment by public auction,tender, private agreement or otherwise or even destroy the shipment as required under any laws applicable from time totime, without prejudice to its other legal remedies to recover its dues. The Customer agrees that MSL shall not liable totheCustomeroranyotherpersonforanylossordamagecausedtotheshipmentoranypartthereof,oranydiminutioninthevalueoft heshipmentoranypartthereof,byMSLinexercisingitsrightoflienhereof.
General Xxxx. XX has both a specific and general lien on the Goods held by EC and any documents relating thereto and on any other goods of the Customer in EC’ possession from time to time and in priority to any other Security Interest for all Charges or other moneys due under the Contract or which become due on any account whether for Storage, Transport or the provision of Services in respect of the Goods or any other goods or any other EC service.
General Xxxx. All Exhibits are subject to a General Xxxx in favour of the Organiser for all sums whether for unpaid Licence fees or otherwise due from an Exhibitor to the Organiser.
General Xxxx. If the Customer cannot pay his debts as they become due the Company shall have the right not to proceed further with any order or other work for the customer and be entitled to charge for work already carried out whether completed or not, such a charge to be an immediate debt due to the Company in respect of all unpaid debts due from the Customer, the Company shall have a general lien on all goods and property in his possession whether worked on or not and shall be entitled on the expiration of fourteen days notice to dispose of such goods or property in such manner and at such price as it thinks fit and to apply the proceeds towards such debts.
