General Warranty. Contractor warrants that all services, deliverables, and/or work product under this Contract shall be completed in a workmanlike manner consistent with standards in the trade, profession, or industry; shall conform to or exceed the specifications set forth in the incorporated attachments; and shall be fit for ordinary use, of good quality, with no material defects.

General Warranty. Vendor warrants that the Services will be performed and delivered in a professional, first-class manner in accordance with this Agreement and the standards prevailing in the industry. To this end, Vendor will undertake the following actions without additional consideration during the term of this Agreement and for one (1) year thereafter: (a) promptly make necessary revisions or corrections to resolve any errors and omissions on the part of Vendor; and, (b) confer with Citizens as Citizens deems appropriate for the purpose of interpreting any of the Services or information furnished. Acceptance of or payment for the Services by Citizens shall not relieve Vendor of these responsibilities. The warranties and covenants in this Section will extend to and bind Vendor’s subcontractors, if any.

General Warranty. The Contractor warrants to the Owner that all Work shall be accomplished in a good and workmanlike manner and that all materials and equipment furnished under the Contract will be of good quality, new (unless otherwise specified), and free from faults or defects, and that the Work will otherwise conform to the Contract Documents. Work not conforming to these requirements, including substitutions not properly approved and authorized, will be considered defective or nonconforming. The Contractor’s warranty excludes any remedy for damage or defect caused by abuse, modifications not executed by the Contractor, improper or insufficient maintenance, improper operation, or normal wear and tear under normal usage. If required by the Architect/Engineer, the Contractor shall furnish satisfactory evidence as to the kind and quality of materials and equipment. The commencement date, duration, and other conditions related to the scope of this general warranty are established in Subparagraphs
