Principal Terms Capitalized terms, first appearing in quotations in this Section, elsewhere in the Lease or any Exhibits, are definitions of such terms as used in the Lease and Exhibits and shall have the defined meaning whenever used.
PROCEDURES FOR SUPPLEMENTAL PAYMENT CALCULATIONS All calculations required by this Article VI, including but not limited to: (i) the calculation of the Applicant’s Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amount; (ii) the determination of both the Annual Limit and the Aggregate Limit; (iii) the effect, if any, of the Aggregate Limit upon the actual amount of Supplemental Payments eligible to be paid to the District by the Applicant; and (iv) the carry forward and accumulation of any of the Applicant’s Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amounts unpaid by the Applicant due to the Aggregate Limit in previous years, shall be calculated by the Third Party selected pursuant to Section 4.3.

Other General Terms This Agreement is intended to supplement and not to replace other agreements between you and us relating to your accounts, including, without limitation, our Deposit Account Rules, ACH Agreements and Wire Transfer Agreements. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any other account rules and agreements that apply to your accounts or the functions performed using "Personal Online Banking", or any statements made by employees or agents this Agreement shall govern and prevail.
