General Terms and Provisions. 4.1 Expectations of the Research team The Research Team will: • Design the overall research strategy • Advise the campaign on which sites to visit during the pilot phase, which campaigner to assign to each site and which message to assign to each campaigner • Design any survey instruments and protocols • Design the sampling strategy • Design the survey database • Contract a team of researchers to implement surveys • Undertake analysis of survey data and produce a final report representing findings • Provide for any costs directly associated with collecting research data but will not provide any financing to support campaigners or the delivery of messages
