General Staffing Requirements. 16 A. CONTRACTOR shall establish a written Code of Conduct for employees, subcontractors, 17 volunteers, interns and members of the Board of Directors, which shall include, but not be limited to, 18 standards related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol; staff-client relationships; prohibition of sexual 19 contact with clients; and conflict of interest. Prior to providing any services pursuant to this Agreement, 20 all members of the Board of Directors, employees, subcontractors, volunteers and interns of 21 CONTRACTOR shall agree in writing to maintain the standards set forth in the Code of Conduct.
