Common use of General Solicitation Clause in Contracts

Such Purchaser is not purchasing the Shares as a result of any advertisement, article, notice or other communication regarding the Shares published in any newspaper, magazine or similar media or broadcast over television or radio or presented at any seminar or any other general solicitation or general advertisement. Such Purchaser further acknowledges that he or it, or his or its Affiliate, has a pre-existing relationship with the Company such as (i) as a holder of currently outstanding securities of the Company or (ii) another affiliation with the Company.
