GENERAL SECTION. The provisions of the General Section Set out in Part G of this Document forms part of this Agreement and accordingly, the Customer’s attention is drawn to the General Section which contains, amongst other things, exclusions and limitations of liability in favour of the Company.

This Memorandum is a negotiated agreement among the members of REMIF and none of the parties to the Memorandum is entitled to rely on any contract interpretation principles that require interpretation of ambiguous language against the drafter of such agreement. This Memorandum shall be applied according to the principles of contract law, giving full effect to the intent of the members of the Authority, acting through the Board of Directors in adopting this Memorandum.
