Common use of General Scope of Services Clause in Contracts

General Scope of Services. Consultant promises and agrees to furnish to LAFCO all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply the necessary professional consultant services for the completion of the Municipal Services Review and Sphere of Influence Study of the Small to Medium Water Agencies in El Dorado County (“Services”) in a manner satisfactory to LAFCO and in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations, and all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

General Scope of Services. Consultant promises and agrees to furnish to LAFCO all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply the necessary professional consultant services for the completion of the Municipal Services Review and Sphere of Influence Study of for the Small to Medium Water Agencies in El Dorado County Hills Community Services District (“Services”) in a manner satisfactory to LAFCO and in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations, and all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

General Scope of Services. Consultant promises and agrees to furnish to LAFCO all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply the necessary professional consultant services for the completion of the Municipal Services Review and Sphere of Influence Study for the Cities of the Small to Medium Water Agencies in El Dorado County Placerville and South Lake Tahoe (“Services”) in a manner satisfactory to LAFCO and in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations, and all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

General Scope of Services. Consultant promises and agrees to furnish to LAFCO all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply the necessary professional consultant services for the completion of the a Municipal Services Review and Sphere of Influence Study of Update (the Small to Medium Water Agencies in El Dorado County (“Services”) as specified in Exhibit “A” Scope of Work, attached hereto an incorporated herein by reference, in a manner satisfactory to LAFCO and in accordance with all applicable Federal, State State, and Local laws and regulations, and all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

The Services required in by this Agreement are more particularly described in Exhibit “A.”

Consultant promises and agrees to furnish to LAFCO all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply the necessary professional information technology consultant services for the completion of the Municipal Services Review and Sphere of Influence Study of the Small to Medium Water Agencies in El Dorado County (“Services”) ). The Services required by this Agreement are more particularly described in a manner satisfactory to LAFCO and in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations, and all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.Exhibit “A.”

Consultant promises and agrees to furnish to LAFCO all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply the necessary professional consultant services for the completion of the Municipal Services Review and Sphere of Influence Study of for the Small to Medium Water Agencies in El Dorado County Irrigation District (“Services”) in a manner satisfactory to LAFCO and in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations, and all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Consultant promises and agrees to furnish to LAFCO all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply the necessary professional consultant services for the completion of the General Government Services I Municipal Services Review and Sphere of Influence Study of the Small to Medium Water Agencies in El Dorado County (“Services”) in a manner satisfactory to LAFCO LAFCO, consistent with the agreed upon Scope of Work in Exhibit “A” and in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulationsregulations as set forth in Section 5.5, and all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.. The Services required in by this Agreement are more particularly described in Exhibit “A.”

The Services required by this Agreement are more particularly described in Exhibit “A.”

Consultant promises and agrees to furnish to LAFCO all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply the necessary professional consultant services for the completion of the Municipal Services Review and Sphere of Influence Study of the Small to Medium Water Agencies in El Dorado County support services (“Services”) in a manner satisfactory to LAFCO and conducted in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations, ; and in accordance with all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Services required in by this Agreement are more particularly described in Exhibit “A,” attached hereto and incorporated herein.
