General scheduling i) Employees will not be required to work more than three (3) consecutive extended tours. If an employee works four (4) or more consecutive tours, these tours will result in premium payment by the Employer. Such premium will not apply if it is a result of an exchange of tour with another employee.

General scheduling. (a) Schedules for all nurses shall be posted at least four (4) weeks in advance and shall cover a six (6) week period unless mutually agreed to by the Parties.
General scheduling. The Employer shall retain the right to determine the scheduling of vacations. Employees shall submit their non-prime time vacation requests no later than 30 days prior to the posting of the applicable schedule on forms maintained for that purpose. Non-prime time vacation requests shall be approved or denied no later than the posting date of the next schedule. In the case of conflicting requests by employees for vacation or limitations imposed by the Employer on vacation requests, seniority shall prevail in assigning vacations. However, seniority may not override an already approved vacation.

Scheduling of Events by SMG shall be limited by the University’s academic and sporting events calendar, which shall be provided to SMG not later than the start of each Fiscal Year hereunder; provided, however, that the University shall have until July 1 of each Fiscal Year to provide SMG with such Fiscal Year’s calendar of intercollegiate athletic events to be held in the Convocation Center.

Partners providing on-site service for Customers shall be responsible for creating and maintaining their own schedule; however, the purchaser shall ensure overall satisfaction with the scheduling procedures. When necessary for Customer satisfaction, the Purchaser may arrange special scheduling with the Partner.

Potlatch shall submit to Avista pre-schedulers its estimated hourly schedules for Base Generation Amounts, Excess Generation Amounts, and Load for each Week, and shall make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver electric power as scheduled. Potlatch shall also indicate, pursuant to Subsection 4(c), whether it will sell Excess Generation Amounts to Avista or elects to instead supply Excess Generation Amounts to its Load for the Week. Potlatch shall insure that such submission is received by Avista no later than 1700 hours Pacific Prevailing Time of the second-to-the-last business day observed by both Parties of the Week preceding the Week to be pre-scheduled by facsimile or other similar written form. Potlatch shall also call Avista's real-time scheduler as soon as practical if there are material changes to expected generation amounts or Load.
