Common use of General Rights and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

General Rights and Responsibilities. Except to the extent modified by the provisions of this Agreement, the Authority reserves and retains solely and exclusively all of its legal rights to manage the operations of the Columbus Regional Airport Authority as such rights existed prior to the execution of this Agreement with the Association. The rights of the Authority shall include, but shall not be limited to the right to determine the facts which are the basis of management decisions; to establish, change or abolish policies, practices, rules, or procedures governing the conduct of the Authority, its employees and its service to the persons using the facilities and services of the Authority, consistent with the provisions of this Agreement.
