General Representations and Warranties of Bank. To induce Company to enter into this Agreement and participate in the Program, and except as Previously Disclosed, Bank makes the following representations and warranties to Company, each and all of which shall be deemed to be restated and remade on and as of the Effective Date and the Closing Date and each other date on which a payment is made by Bank to Company hereunder.
