Xxxxx also specifically agrees that Andrx has fully and completely complied with all aspects of his Employment Agreement and that Andrx has no further obligations under that agreement. Nothing in this Separation Agreement shall prohibit Xxxxx from challenging the validity of this release of clams under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
