General Rates. BASC is an extension of Renton Christian School and provides care and activities for students from 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM. This is available before and after school days and on non-school days as well. Daily activities include free time, homework time, outdoor play, arts and crafts, snacks and special events. MONTHLY PLAN Choose our monthly plan if you anticipate your child will be in BASC more than 1.5 hours per day on average. This will provide a consistent monthly rate for your personal finances. The BASC+ plan will save over 30% compared to the full rate for all non-school days and registration is only available until October 1st. Mid-Day K-Prep We offer care for K-prep students outside of their regular class time. The BASC before school pricing covers 6:30am- 12:00pm and the after-school price covers 11:30am-6:00 pm. CUSTOMIZED PLAN Create your own customized plan by paying only when you use BASC services. You will save money with a monthly plan if your child is in BASC more than 1.5 hours per day and/or needs care for at least 70% of the non-school days.   • Service Rates The rates for services provided to a specific child by the Provider shall be set forth in the PSO for the child. The Provider may not increase the rate for any service described in a PSO during the term of the PSO unless the PSO provides for an automatic rate increase option, in which case the rate may only be increased in the initial month of the Buyer’s fiscal year and must be agreed to in writing by the Buyer. The provider is required to have all services and rate information entered and up-to-date in the Service Fee Directory by the beginning of the contract year. The Provider shall provide to the Buyer written notice of any planned rate increase (90 days) prior to the initial month of the Buyer’s next fiscal year. Such written notice shall contain the justification for the increase and shall be submitted in triplicate to the Buyer’s Children’s Services Act Manager.

  • Interest Rates (a) Each Base Rate Loan shall bear interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof, for each day from the date such Loan is made until it becomes due, at a rate per annum equal to the Base Rate for such day. Such interest shall be payable for each Interest Period on the last day thereof. Any overdue principal of or interest on any Base Rate Loan shall bear interest, payable on demand, for each day until paid at a rate per annum equal to the sum of 2% plus the rate otherwise applicable to Base Rate Loans for such day.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. These rates are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Copies may be obtained at cost at the office of County's OC Public Works/OC Facilities & Asset Management/A&E Project Management or visit the website of the Department of Industrial Relations, Prevailing Wage Unit at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/XXXX/XXX. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Sections 1774, 1775, 1776 and 1813 of the Labor Code.
