GENERAL PURPOSE. 1.01 The general purpose of this Collective Agreement is to establish and maintain collective bargaining relations between the Employer and the Union covered by this Collective Agreement, and to provide for a prompt and orderly method of settling complaints or grievances which might arise hereunder.
