General Operating Requirements. Interconnecting Customer shall operate and maintain the Facility in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule, in compliance with all aspects of the Company’s Interconnection Tariff. The Interconnecting Customer will continue to comply with all applicable laws and requirements after interconnection has occurred. In the event the Company has reason to believe that the Interconnecting Customer’s installation may be the source of problems on the Company EPS, the Company has the right to install monitoring equipment at a mutually agreed upon location to determine the source of the problems. If the Facility is determined to be the source of the problems, the Company may require disconnection as outlined in Section 7.0 of this Interconnection Tariff. The cost of this testing will be borne by the Company unless the Company demonstrates that the problem or problems are caused by the Facility or if the test was performed at the request of the Interconnecting Customer.
General Operating Requirements. The Distribution Provider shall also provide requirements that must be met by the Interconnection Customer prior to initiating parallel operation with the Distribution Provider's Distribution System. At a minimum, the Interconnection Customer agrees to construct and interconnect the facility described in this agreement with the PG&E system in accordance with the standards and requirements described in the PG&E Transmission Interconnection Handbook (TIH) and the Distribution Interconnection Handbook (DIH), as well as any specific operating requirements identified and described in the final interconnection study completed by the Distribution Provider for this facility.

Franchisee shall operate the BRCB Coffee Bar in accordance with BRCB’s standards of drink quality, cleanliness, and customer service and shall conduct and maintain the BRCB Coffee Bar and the Premises so as not to distract from, interfere with, or damage the integrity and standards of BRCB or its brand(s). Franchisee shall at all times comply with the provisions of the Operations Manual, any other customer service guidelines implemented by BRCB from time to time, and all applicable laws, rules, ordinances, and regulations of governmental authorities pertaining to the operation of the BRCB Coffee Bar. Franchisee shall at all times maintain the building, equipment, fixtures, and the Premises to the standards of BRCB.

The Generator shall construct, interconnect, operate, and maintain the Facility and all accompanying and necessary facilities in accordance with (a) all applicable laws and requirements, Good Utility Practice, the Guidelines, Tariffs, and the Terms and Conditions; (b) applicable specifications that meet or exceed those provided by the National Electrical Safety Code, the American National Standards Institute, IEEE, Underwriter's Laboratory and ISO-NE operating requirements in effect at the time of construction and other applicable national and state codes and standards. Following the initial Interconnection of the Facility, the Generator shall comply with all special operating requirements set forth in Appendix

The Contractor shall undertake to perform all Services rendered hereunder in a neat, thorough and workmanlike manner, without supervision by the District, and to use care and diligence in the performance of all specified services and to provide neat, orderly, uniformed and courteous employees and personnel on its crews.

In the event MMED has reason to believe that Customer’s installation may be the source of problems on MMED’s system, MMED has the right to install monitoring equipment to determine the source of the problems. If the Facility is determined to be the source of the problems, MMED may require disconnection of the Facility and terminate service under this Agreement as set forth in Section 8. The cost of such testing will be paid by MMED unless MMED demonstrates that the problem or problems are caused by the Facility or if the test was performed at the request of Customer, in which case Customer shall pay for the cost of such testing.

The Interconnection Customer shall follow the Distribution Provider’s switching, tagging, permitting and lockout procedures (Distribution Provider Standard Protection Code), which the Distribution Provider will provide to the Interconnection Customer. From time to time, the Generating Facility may be prevented from operating due to system reliability, disturbance, maintenance, or emergency requirements.
General Operating Requirements. (1) In the performance of services under this Agreement, Contractor, and its employees, contractors and/or subcontractors, shall agree to follow the requirements of this Agreement and all WPCRC rules and procedures as may exist from time-to-time.
