General Notes. When an employee becomes eligible for an increase in pay, the Employee Services Department shall notify the department manager, the Chair of the General Committee and the Treasurer of the union of the action taken. Management shall endeavour to provide facilities for the convenience of employees on outside work. Every employee should be familiar with the evaluation as it applies to his or her own and related positions. This information is available at all times by contacting the Employee Services Department or the union representatives. the event of the decease of an employee or his or her leaving the employment of London his or her credits shall be paid in cash. Any notification for any reason to any employee who has the employ of London shall be sent to his or her last known address on with the Employee Services Department.
