General Laws. At all times, Airline shall, with respect to its operations at the Airport, comply with all applicable present and future federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and ordinances, as they may be amended from time to time, whether foreseen or unforeseen, ordinary as well as extraordinary, including without implied limitation those relating to (i) health and safety; (ii) the environment; and (iii) disabled access, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq.
