GENERAL HOLIDAYS. 9.01 The following days shall be considered holidays, for which full-time employees shall suffer no reduction in pay on account of the closing of the Company's business: New Year's Day Labour Day Xxxxx Xxxx Day Thanksgiving Day Good Friday Remembrance Day Victoria Day Christmas Day Canada Day Boxing Day Xxxxx Xxx Day and any other day or portion of a day designated as a paid holiday by the Provincial or Federal Government.

GENERAL HOLIDAYS. 9.01 23.01 The following days shall be recognized and considered holidays, as general holidays for which full-time all employees shall suffer no reduction in pay on account of the closing of the CompanyEmployer's business: New Year's Day Labour Day Civic Holiday (August) Xxxxx Xxxx Day Thanksgiving Labour Day Good Friday Thanksgiving Day Easter Monday Remembrance Day Victoria Day Christmas Day Canada Day Boxing Day Xxxxx Xxx Day and any other day or portion of a day designated as a paid holiday by the Provincial or Federal Government.Day

GENERAL HOLIDAYS. 9.01 12.01 The following days shall be considered holidays, holidays for which regular full-time employees shall suffer no reduction in pay on account of the closing of the Company's businesspay: New Year's Day Labour Day Civic Holiday Xxxxx Xxxx Day Thanksgiving Labour Day Good Friday Thanksgiving Day Easter Sunday Remembrance Day Victoria Day Christmas Day Canada Day Boxing Day Xxxxx Xxx Day and It is understood that if any other of the general holidays as noted above fall on a weekend, employees will be entitled to either bank the day as per the “banking general holidays” process as set out below, or portion simply receive an additional day’s pay in lieu of a day designated as a paid holiday by the Provincial or Federal Governmenttime off.

GENERAL HOLIDAYS. 9.01 8.01 The following days shall be considered holidays, General Holidays for which full-time employees shall suffer no reduction in pay on account of the closing of the Company's businesspay: New Year's Day Labour Day Xxxxx Xxxx Day Thanksgiving Day Good Friday Remembrance Day Victoria Day Christmas Day Canada Day Boxing Day Xxxxx Xxx Day Floating holiday (to be taken as determined by the employee) and any other day or portion of a day as designated as a paid holiday by the Federal, Provincial or Federal GovernmentMunicipal authorities. The floating holiday referred to above shall be without pay with notice given to the Employer prior to posting the bi-weekly work schedule.

Should a general holiday fall on a day other than a regular scheduled work day, an additional day off work with pay shall be given in lieu thereof.

General Holidays shall be observed on the day or portion they actually occur. If an employee is required to work on the General Holiday he/she shall be paid in accordance with Article 6.05. Such may be changed by mutual agreement, but shall be taken within the two (2) weeks of a day designated as a paid holiday by the Provincial or Federal Governmentsaid holiday.
