General Functions. The Contractor shall operate a Member Services function during regular business hours, which must be accessible to Enrollees via a toll-free telephone line. Personnel must also be available via a toll-free telephone line (which can be the member services toll-free line or separate toll-free lines) not less than during regular business hours to address complaints and utilization review inquiries.
