Common use of General Exceptions Clause in Contracts

General Exceptions. 1. Subject to the requirement that such measures are not applied in a manner which would constitute a means of arbitrary or unjustifiable discrimination against or amongst the Parties, their investors, or their investments where like conditions prevail, or a disguised restriction on investors of any Party or their investments, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent the adoption or enforcement by any Party of measures:
