Contract Conditions This section contains conditions which shall be complied with during the performance of this contract. The conditions come in two parts, general conditions and special contract requirements.

Training Conditions 3.1 The Trainee shall attend an approved training course or training program prescribed in the Training Agreement or as notified to the trainee by the relevant State or Territory Training Authority in accredited and relevant Traineeship Schemes.
Specific Conditions If applicable, specific conditions required after a risk assessment will be included in Exhibit G. Grantee shall adhere to the specific conditions listed therein.
Site Conditions A. Existing Site Conditions: Information with respect to the site of the Work given in drawings or specifications has been obtained by County's representatives and is believed to be reasonably correct, but the County does not warrant either the completeness or accuracy of such information, and it is the responsibility of the Contractor to verify all such information.
Service Conditions Customer acknowledges that in the event of a service issue, Customer is responsible for on-site cooperative testing with LightEdge Technical Support to assist in the diagnosis of the trouble. Customer agrees to be bound to current terms of LightEdge Acceptable Use Policy. Terms of the Acceptable Use Policy are subject to change without notice. GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS The District has empowered school communities to make decisions at the school level in return for accountability for results. To maximize the likelihood of success, each school must be permitted to implement programs that meet the needs of its students and community. Through a school-based decision-making process, each school will define the staff working conditions necessary for student success. School leadership teams will create and publish annual “school operational plans” which will outline working conditions of staff in the building. Such operational plans will be subject to the Superintendent’s review and approval.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS The price of the whole accommodation service booked is always payable by the Guest in advance, at the latest upon arrival in the hotel. Set-off by the Guest is excluded unless the set- off relates to an undisputed or legally confirmed claim. Valid means of payment are cash in Euros, EC card, Master Card, Visa Card, Diners Card and American Express. For payment settlement we use the 3D Secure 2.0 system for secure and additional customer authorisation.
