If unable to balance classes the employee shall be provided one of the remedies set forth below: After meeting with building Admin, SPEC Admin, and teacher with class-size concerns, the building administrator, and Superintendent or their designee shall first attempt to resolve the class size issue by transferring students during the first two weeks of school or providing additional teaching staff. If unable to resolve, the employee shall choose from the following options:
